The Reaction Research Society has been informed by our former President, Dave Nordling, that BLM has issued a warning against driving in the dry lakebed. BLM states that marked roads should be used to drive around the area, as vehicles may potentially get stuck if they drive over the lake. This has happened on occasion, though thankfully not to any RRS members. Walking over the dry lake should be fine.

Those of you who are involved in amateur rocketry, or who otherwise spend time in the area, please help spread BLM’s advisory.
