MEETINGS OF MEMBERS

SECTION 1.
The monthly meeting of the members of this Society shall be held the second Friday of every month at such time and place as the Executive Council shall designate.

SECTION 2.
Special meetings of the members may be called by the President, or shall be called by the President on the request of two-thirds of the total number of Administrative Members, or of the Executive Council.
