AMENDMENTS

Section 1, Amendment Procedure.
Any article of this Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the responding members, following the same procedure as a general electoin, with the exception that voting shall commence within 15 days of submission, with a voting period of at least 30 days.

SECTION 2.
Amendments shall become effective on a passing vote.

Section 3, Notice.
Amendment(s) to be voted on shall be posted on the Society official website at least 15 days prior to a vote being taken. The Society shall be notified at least 30 days prior to the voting of the Amendment(s).
