As a member-driven organization, the leadership of the Reaction Research Society is elected by the administrative membership to serve annual terms. The Executive Council is composed of five individuals, four being elected at-large, and the fifth being appointed by the former. The at-large officers are the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary, each having the power to generally vote on the actions of the Executive Council. The fifth officer, the Director of Research, may only vote to break a tie.

The Executive Council is charged with managing the day-to-day operations of the Society, as per our Constitution.
