The by-laws of the Reaction Research Society are listed below.
- Static tests and/or mixes occurring on other than regular launches at the Mojave Test Area (MTA) may be performed providing:
- At least 2 members are present,
- President must be notified in advance.

- Dues – Rates to be reviewed annually.

- Official monthly meeting time – Official starting time for meetings is 7:30 PM on the second Friday of each month.

- Executive Council Meetings – Executive Council meetings will be open to all members who wish to attend, but voting is restricted to Executive Council only. The Executive Council reserves the right to have closed door meetings.

- Any Executive Council member can spend up to $50.00 for the Society and be reimbursed by the Society providing they get approval from at least one other Executive Council member and submit a receipt.

- Launch Dates – At least 2 launches will be scheduled per year preferably.

- Mojave Test Area (MTA) Modification Policy – The Executive Council is charged with approving any modifications on the MTA.

- Anyone attending a Reaction Research Society Test activity must sign a Waiver.
- Full responsibility for minors (under 18) shall rest with the parents and/or guardians; all minors must be listed.

- Administrative Member – Members must be an Associate Member for a minimum of 1 year before consideration for Administrative Membership. Thereafter, Administrative Membership will be decided at the discretion of the Executive Council. The Secretary and Treasurer will be responsible for keeping these records.

- Fees for membership are established by the Executive Council and/or pro-rated from January 1st. Current fees are as follows:

- A majority of the members of the Executive Council shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting thereof. The Executive Council shall act by a majority vote.

- Usage of the MTA shall be subject to the following fee structure. Deviation from this fee structure shall require documentation and a majority vote of the Executive Council, but the President may otherwise approve usage of the MTA according to it at his sole discretion. Member projects require that each participant is a member, and that the project is personal in nature, in order to be entitled to free use of the MTA. Payment shall be rendered within 30 days of the last day of MTA usage.

13. Facilities Manager
- Appointment.
- The Executive Council may appoint a qualified member to the Special Office of Facilities Manager on an annual basis.
- Duties.
- The Facilities Manager shall be in charge of the Society’s rocketry facilities, including maintaining site equipment, structures, roads, gates, and other site assets.
- The Facilities Manager shall report any issues with the Society’s rocketry facilities to the Executive Council.
- The Facilities Manager shall be given a discretionary budget by the Executive Council for annual maintenance of Society rocketry facilities.
- The Facilities Manager may vote on matters before the Executive Council.
