The RRS Symposium is an annual event, wherein we invite rocketry enthusiasts from around the world to share their knowledge, innovations, and projects.
The RRS Symposium is a now long standing tradition within the Society and rocketry community. It’s been hosted at several venues in decades past, including Gardena City Hall and Mary Star of the Sea High School.
Attendance to the RRS Symposium is free of charge for all ages, as are exhibiting and presenting. We have several colleges which have their rocket teams exhibit and present annually, as does industry.

2025 Symposium
The RRS 2025 Symposium was held on Saturday, April 5th, 2025. The venue is Mary Star of the Sea High School, a private catholic school located in San Pedro, which is now hosting the Symposium for the third year in a row.
The exhibitions was within their gymnasium, while presentations were given in one of their classrooms. Mary Star was providing food service, and we encouraged our guests to help fund the school by giving them their patronage.
